Warehouse Operations Manager

Arcese Group, a global logistics company with 70 offices and over 3,500 employees worldwide, is seeking a motivated and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Cologne, Germany.

Your Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Warehouse Manager in coordinating shipping, receiving, and warehouse personnel activities;
- Provide guidance and instructions to workers during shifts, based on the Operations Manager's directions;
- Ensure adherence to KPIs related to operational processes;
- Manage personnel matters, including shifts, absences, illnesses, and holidays;
- Oversee the administrative management of the warehouse.
- Some years of experience as a warehouse specialist;
- Extensive background in logistics, including picking, storage, and packing, complemented by experience in administrative roles within a warehouse setting;
- Proficient in German at a minimum C1 level and in English at a B2 level;
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a solid familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, with a preference for INFOLOG;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities by managing teams of at least five people;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, along with a detail-oriented and highly organized approach.
