Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT professional to join our team as a Helpdesk Technician. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing first-level support to our internal customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with our team of experts to deliver high-quality IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support to internal customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Ensure high IT availability in our production environment
  • Continuously improve our IT landscape and processes

Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of common PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and Office applications
  • First experience in network and system administration
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Enjoyment of working with people, positive and confident demeanor, friendly and approachable appearance
  • Good German and English language skills
