About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Product to lead our Coverage supply efforts. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for envisioning, strategizing, and executing the future of our supply. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for the Coverage tribe.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for the Coverage tribe.
- Mentor and manage Product managers in your tribe to help deliver the Coverage strategy.
- Nurture a data-first culture, where goals, roadmap prioritization, and processes are driven by KPIs and focused on customer needs.
- Communicate your tribe's vision, goals, and progress across the company at every opportunity, ensuring that the customer is at the heart of every decision in the product organization and beyond.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders in commercial, operations, and marketing to align business goals, customer needs, and product vision.
What You'll Achieve
- Establish a shared vision across the company by building agreement on product execution with an understanding of Omio's USPs.
- Lead a team of seasoned Product Managers.
- Guide product development with several groups of experienced engineers and design leaders.
- Own the outcome of the Coverage supply tribe, providing detailed insights into KPIs for the management team.
- Work closely with other leadership members to set and influence company product strategy.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in Product development.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and managing a team of product managers.
- A background in launching products that improve the business.
- A strong analytical mindset and approach (qualitative and quantitative), using data to understand users, uncover insights, and prioritize your roadmap.
- A passion for balancing data-driven and customer-centric product management, always thinking about what the customer needs.
- Experience shipping complex products in a fast-growing company before while working with non-tech team members.
- A natural storyteller who loves to engage the wider organization, sharing insights, results, and plans.
