Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant, der sich für die Herausforderung des Mergers and Acquisitions-Bereichs begeistert. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von M&A-Transaktionen beteiligt sein.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützen Sie unsere Klienten bei der Analyse und Konzeption von M&A-Transaktionen
  • Erstellen Sie Verkaufsunterlagen und Identifizieren Sie potenzielle Käufer
  • Analysieren Sie Unternehmensplanungen und entwickeln Sie Strategien für M&A-Transaktionen
  • Koordinieren Sie verschiedene Stakeholder und unterstützen Sie bei der Umsetzung von M&A-Transaktionen
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ein duales Studium mit Schwerpunkten in Corporate Finance, Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit M&A-Datenbanken und Analysewerkzeugen
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere in PowerPoint und Excel
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch (C1-Niveau)
