Nursing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) to join our team at Recrutio GmbH. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing professionals and overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of nursing professionals to provide exceptional care to residents
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
• Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure a high-performing team

Requirements:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Examinierten Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger
• Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft / Pflegedienstleitung oder Pflegemanagementstudium
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Pflegedienstleitung in der stationären Altenpflege
