Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate and uphold agile methodologies and the Scrum framework throughout the organization
  • Guide Scrum process events including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Ensure productive meeting results and eliminate obstacles within the team
  • Resolve disputes between the Product Owner and the development team
  • Engage with external partners and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in client interaction and resource management
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Qt, JavaEE
  • Background in agile project oversight
  • Strong leadership capabilities and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in both German and English
