• You will support users (help desk) and conduct training sessions
• You will maintain and support local network systems such as firewalls, routers, switches, servers, internet, VPN, and telephone systems
• You will document internal processes
• You will perform daily backups, monitor them, and perform system restores
• You will evaluate and perform upgrades for hardware and software
• You will conduct inventory checks and procure hardware and software as well as licenses
• You will support the identification and resolution of network vulnerabilities to secure the network infrastructure

• You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or computer science, or more than 5 years of relevant work experience
• You have experience in managing a large LAN/WAN infrastructure
• You have good knowledge of Windows Server OS and Active Directory
• You have practical experience with Windows Server OS, VMWare, Veeam, DELL servers, SonicWall firewalls, Cisco switches, Ivanti, PTRG, CB/CBit9
• You understand new complex security requirements and have the ability to identify and resolve all evaluated risks and vulnerabilities
• You have excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
