We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Accountant to join our team at Bergman Germany HoldCo GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Accounting and Bookkeeping: Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, and at least 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
