Wir suchen einen erfahrenden Senior Solution Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Plattform für Datenanalyse und KI. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform für politische Entscheidungsfindung arbeiten.

Aufgaben
  • Beratung von Kunden im öffentlichen Sektor bei der Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten im Bereich KI & Datenanalyse
  • Begleitung aller Projektphasen unter Einbeziehung interner und externer Stakeholder
  • Definition von Arbeitsschritten und Liefergegenständen sowie des Zeit-, Budget- und Ressourcenrahmens im Austausch mit Vertrieb, Projektteams und Entwicklung
  • Strategische Steuerung mittlerer bis großer (Teil-)Projektteams und Programme in der Erarbeitung von Projektergebnissen und in der Produktentwicklung
  • Identifikation von Markttrends und eigenständige fachliche Bearbeitung von Opportunities für das Projekt- und Produktgeschäft sowie das Geschäftsportfolio im Bereich KI und Datenanalyse
  • Analyse, Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von strategischen Projekt- und Produktpotenzialen im Kontext der Geschäftsentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Innovation, Entwicklung
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Methoden-Toolsets im Geschäftsfeld
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Verwaltungswissenschaften, Informatik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit technischem Schwerpunkt
  • Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, Product Owner, Requirements Engineer oder in vergleichbarer Position
  • Marktkenntnisse im öffentlichen Sektor und min. 5 Jahre (Konzeptions)-Erfahrung in Digitalisierungsprojekten der Verwaltung
  • Erfahrung mit Stakeholdern im öffentlichen Sektor und Marktkenntnisse, z.B. durch Tätigkeit im Public Sector Consulting
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Tools und Methoden des Projekt- und Anforderungsmanagements (z.B. Scrum, IREB, Design Thinking, PMI, Prince2)
  • Erfahrung in der strategischen Geschäftsentwicklung im Projekt- oder Produktkontext
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse- oder KI-Anwendungen oder Interesse im Bereich der KI
  • Interesse an gesellschaftlich relevanten Themengebieten wie E-Government
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch C1, Englisch B2
