About the Job:

We are seeking a Sales Associate / Entry-Level Sales Representative (gn) on a part-time basis (25-35 hours/week) to join our team at Ernsting's family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume all sales-related tasks, including cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising, promotions, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Manage the store independently during your shift, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Utilize the store's tablet for tasks such as checking inventory, accessing customer information, and activating loyalty programs.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have prior work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • You should be passionate about fashion, enjoy working with families, and possess a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • You should be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
