- You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, including cloud-based software stacks and major operating system platforms.
- As part of our IT Service Desk, you'll provide top-notch support to our employees, ensuring they have everything they need to excel in their roles.
- You'll design, implement, and manage automations to streamline our work processes, leveraging SaaS automation services to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Your customer-first mindset will help us deliver exceptional user experiences for our IT services.
- You'll collaborate with our international teams to drive innovation and knowledge sharing, working in a dynamic and value-driven environment.
We're looking for a seasoned IT professional with several years of experience in IT Operations and Support. You'll have a proven track record of managing complex IT infrastructures, including cloud-based software stacks and major operating system platforms.
- You'll have experience with IT Service Management tools, such as Jira and IT-Asset Management Database.
- You'll be proficient in scripting languages, such as PowerShell and JavaScript, and have a good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
- You'll be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing ambiguity with ease.
- You'll have excellent communication and documentation skills, with a strong focus on delivery and customer satisfaction.
