Production Project Lead

Blackwave GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Project Manager to join our innovative team in the dynamic field of high-tech aerospace manufacturing.

As a key player, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of new product introductions into serial production within our state-of-the-art facility. Your expertise in process optimization and strategic development will be instrumental in scaling up projects from development to full-scale manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of projects focused on integrating new products into our established production lines.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive production processes, ensuring a seamless transition from development to series production.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize existing production workflows, maximizing resource utilization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including development, quality assurance, and production planning to ensure project success.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrate prior experience within a production environment, ideally within the aerospace industry.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in both German and English, enabling clear communication across teams.
