Als Teil der Gesamtsteuerung unserer globalen IT Change Management und Kommunikation im Umfeld unserer umfassenden IT Transformation mit über 16 Einzelninitiativen bist du ein wichtiger Akteur. Du wirkst mit an der Konzipierung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Change Aktivitäten, wie z.B. Hybrid Townhall, Deep Dives, Change Ambassador Sessions sowie weiteren Formaten.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzipierung und Umsetzung von Change Aktivitäten
  • Koordination von Hybrid Townhall, Deep Dives und Change Ambassador Sessions
  • Erstellung und Aufbereiten von internen Präsentationen, Visualisierungen, Texten, Podcasts, Videos und Unterlagen für Kanäle der unternehmensinternen Kommunikation
  • Unterstützung bei der AV Media Content-Erstellung und Produktion mit State-of-the-Art-Equipment
  • Unterstützung bei der täglichen Organisation, z.B. in der Terminkoordination, der Terminvor- und -nachbereitung, Protokollführung sowie Themen Recherche
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten in einem agilen Umfeld und interdisziplinären Team
  • Kommunikationsstärke, ein sicheres Auftreten und hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Mindestens zwei erfolgreich abgeschlossene Semester eines Bachelorstudiums, bevorzugt in den Bereichen Wirtschaftspsychologie, Kommunikation, Medien, Design, o.ä.
  • Digitalaffinität, Spaß an den oben genannten Themen sowie erste Praxiserfahrung sind von Vorteil
  • Einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office (vor allem PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Was du noch wissen solltest
  • Du startest bei uns zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt und arbeitest pro Woche bis zu 20 Stunden
  • In den Semesterferien kannst Du Deine Stunden bis zu 38 Stunden aufstocken
  • Wir planen Deinen Einsatz derzeit für 6 Monate und berücksichtigen dabei selbstverständlich auch Deinen Studienverlauf
