Als Recruiter (m/w/d) bei der UmweltBank bist du verantwortlich für den gesamten administrativen Recruiting-Prozess. Dies umfasst die Auftragsklärung mit den Fachbereichen, die Erstellung kreativer Stellenausschreibungen und die Vertragsunterzeichnung.
**Aufgaben**
- Recruiting: Du identifizierst und gewinnst aktiv Talente über verschiedene Kanäle und gestaltest deine Ansprache individuell und zielgruppenspezifisch.
- Active Sourcing: Du suchst nach qualifizierten Kandidaten und begeistert sie für die UmweltBank und unsere Mission.
- Candidate Experience: Du sicherst eine optimale Candidate Journey und unterstützt die Kandidaten bei ihrer Karriereentwicklung.
- Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen und unterstützt die Personalreferenten bei ihren Aufgaben.
**Anforderungen**
- Ausbildungsabschluss mit Personalschwerpunkt oder vergleichbar
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Direktansprache von Fachkräften oder im Recruiting
- Hohe Kontaktfreudigkeit und Spaß am Umgang mit Berufsnetzwerken und -plattformen
