Your focus will be on delivering results through a solution-oriented approach.
Team Structure
The Business Processing Outsourcing team is dedicated to providing operational and analytical support across a diverse range of activities, emphasizing the management of offshore vendor performance, oversight, and administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure adherence to compliance standards, optimal performance, and the achievement of business objectives in line with SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and existing vendors across various regions while ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
- Maintain effective working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure performance metrics are achieved, identify improvement opportunities, mitigate risks, and eliminate obstacles.
- Collaborate closely with your vendor team to meet key operational targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Communicate project updates, goals, and priorities to senior operations leadership.
- Identify new tasks suitable for transition to the vendor team and manage the project for transitioning these tasks from other departments within Omio.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and provide variance analyses to pinpoint opportunities for performance enhancement.
- Identify fundamental issues within current processes, define strategies, and explore opportunities to enhance vendor performance.
- Conduct analyses to uncover areas for improvement, efficiency gains, data quality enhancements, and forecast accuracy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders at Omio and the vendor.
- Manage communications between vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Act as the primary contact for vendors and serve as the internal liaison for cross-functional partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field, such as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), analytics, operations, or strategy.
- Experience in a dynamic operations environment with a focus on enhancing performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and vlookup) and PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations.
- Strong skills in research, testing, and process improvement; adept at analyzing business information, creating dashboards, and tracking key business metrics with exceptional data management abilities.
- Solid business acumen and the ability to engage with cross-functional leaders.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize competing demands.
- Exceptional analytical skills are essential.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical skills, and sound judgment.
- A collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
