About the Traineeship

A R T Communication + Brand Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious trainee to join our international team of creative professionals. As a trainee, you will be exposed to a diverse range of branding strategies and will have the opportunity to develop your skills in press relations, content development, and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in select client work, including PR and communications, brand counsel, and strategy development.
  • Support the execution of communications campaigns, including press releases, media outreach, and social media management.
  • Contribute to the development of communications campaigns, including research, analysis, and content creation.
  • Manage and update the A R T internal database, including client information and project details.
  • Regularly update A R T website features and content, including blog posts, news articles, and social media posts.
  • Provide counsel on improvements for A R T digital channels, including the website, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Perform market analyses and research, including competitor analysis and industry trends.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from digital presence, including website analytics and social media metrics.
  • Plan and manage A R T social media presence, including content creation, engagement, and advertising.
Qualifications
  • Recent college graduate with academic and/or professional experience in PR, Marketing, Art, Design, and/or Communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • Knowledge of German is beneficial.
  • Independent self-starter; ambitious hard worker.
  • Interest in the art world and cultural media.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe, PhotoShop.
  • Knowledge of In-Design and Photoshop skills are beneficial.

Working Hours and Holidays

40 hours per week, 5 days per week. 10 paid holidays for the period of 6 months.
