- Perform repairs, renovations, and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Supervise, coordinate, and accept work from external contractors, including obtaining quotes.
- Track warranties for building components and equipment.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Accompany statutory inspections and technical assessments.
- Completed education in a technical or craft profession.
