Role Overview

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist DACH & Nordics at Reckitt, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team and driving our mission to attract and nurture talented individuals who can effect positive change. This strategic position involves leading the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless journey for candidates from initial contact to final offer, and enhancing our diverse workforce.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for various roles, ensuring the attraction of qualified and diverse talent across the DACH and Nordics regions.
  • Implement and tailor global strategies to local markets, optimizing candidate attraction and experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current candidates, informed by regional talent trends.
  • Innovate in engaging top talent, including those who are traditionally less accessible, utilizing AI sourcing tools and creative strategies.
  • Enhance brand recognition through effective recruitment platforms and direct sourcing methods, ensuring exceptional candidate care.
  • Coach and mentor a team of recruiters, developing their skills in the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Expertise in sourcing and securing top candidates, including early career talent.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on tailored recruitment campaigns.
  • Ability to build relationships in an international environment with a collaborative approach.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
  • Insight into using recruitment metrics to drive diversity and improve hiring practices.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on talent assessment and acquisition, emphasizing diversity and an inclusive culture.
