Instructor for Integration Courses in German as a Foreign Language

DÜS Eckert Spracheninstitut GmbH is a prominent provider of German language and integration training in the region. Since our establishment, we have effectively taught the German language to newcomers, significantly aiding their journey towards active participation in society.

Our institution focuses on integration training and German language examinations. We also provide tailored online language programs for forward-thinking organizations.

We are currently in search of committed instructors certified to teach integration courses (BAMF) for our Integration Programs.

As a freelance instructor at DÜS Eckert, you will have the opportunity to conduct between 12 to 40 teaching units weekly, based on your availability.

We are looking for instructors who can teach in the morning (until 11:45 am), afternoon (12:30 to 3:45 pm), late afternoon (4:15 to 7:30 pm), or evening (5:45 to 9:00 pm).

Key Responsibilities
  • Instruction: Deliver lessons in general integration courses, literacy programs, and orientation sessions.
  • Organization: Manage BAMF course materials and attendance records diligently. Ensure teaching aligns with BAMF guidelines for integration courses.
  • Engagement: Foster positive learning experiences by effectively conveying lesson content. Your teaching approach should be communicative, placing learners at the forefront.
  • Adaptability: Be comfortable in intercultural environments, embrace innovative teaching methods, and pursue ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
  • Integration Courses: Certification to teach integration courses from BAMF. (mandatory)
  • Literacy Instruction: Certification as a literacy course instructor from BAMF. (preferred)
  • Educational Background: Completed university degree in DaF/DaZ or German Studies. (preferred)
  • Teaching Experience: Previous experience in integration courses or other German language programs. (preferred)
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital teaching tools or the ability to adapt quickly. (preferred)
