About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant to drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of Workday HCM and Time and Absence modules, collaborating with business stakeholders to design effective solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors.

About your tasks:

• Configure and implement Workday HCM and Time and Absence modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design effective solutions.
• Conduct system testing, support UAT, and manage the rollout of new features.
• Document configurations and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless integration.

About you:

We are looking for a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant with a strong background in HCM and Time Tracking. You should have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Workday certification and familiarity with Jira/Confluence are a plus.
