Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Microtechnologist (m/f/d) to join our team in Jena.

Qualifications for Microtechnologist (m/f/d):

• Completed vocational training in a technical discipline with solid knowledge of electronics (e.g., Electronics Technician m/f/d, Microtechnologist m/f/d) or relevant professional experience
• Flexibility to work in day shifts or two-shift systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and operation of SMD placement machinery
• Continuous oversight of production workflows
• Engagement in semiconductor manufacturing processes including coating, assessment, and quality assurance
• Execution of manual tasks and visual inspections
• Soldering tasks performed under a microscope
