We are seeking applications for the position of Senior Manager, Supply Chain Solutions Architect.
In this pivotal role, the Solutions Architect will serve as a crucial member of our project implementation team. As a leader with extensive experience in system implementations, you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and the consulting team. This role involves facilitating requirements gathering sessions, formulating effective designs, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless project execution. The Solutions Architect's responsibilities typically include:
Key Responsibilities- Establish a connection between clients' strategic business leaders and technical teams by effectively communicating business functional challenges.
- Provide expert advice to clients on critical architectural decisions regarding the platform and supporting technologies, and perform comprehensive business process and requirements analysis.
- Assess risks associated with requirements management, business process definition, testing protocols, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
- Create technical architectures, develop system specifications, identify necessary resources, and estimate project timelines.
- Produce client-ready documentation related to requirement specifications, process analysis, system controls, functional designs, and testing plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, supporting, or implementing application software, along with proficiency in building, packaging, and deploying Java or J2EE applications.
- Strong database experience, preferably with MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with systems integration and ETL tools such as Informatica and Talend, along with familiarity in data mapping and systems integration.
- Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, contributing positively to a team environment.
- Strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a keen desire to learn and grow.
