Analyst/Associate Mergers & Acquisitions (m/w/d) – Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Strategie IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Verantwortung für M&A-Projekte im Midmarket-Bereich (Sell-Side und Buy-Side) in innovativen Sektoren wie Gesundheitswesen & Medizintechnik, Technologie, Medien & Telekommunikation, Nachhaltigkeitstechnologien, Industrie & Robotik, Konsumgüter & Internet, sowie Dienstleistungen.
  • Begleitung von Projekten über den gesamten Transaktionszyklus.
Schwerpunkt Strategie
  • Durchführung von Branchenanalysen, Bewertung von Geschäftsmodellen und Wettbewerbern sowie Erstellung von Unternehmenspräsentationen und Informationsmemoranden für unsere Klienten.
  • Identifikation geeigneter internationaler Investoren und Zielunternehmen sowie Unterstützung bei der Ansprache im Transaktionsprozess.
  • Mitwirkung an Due-Diligence-Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Klienten und Unterstützung bei Verhandlungen.
Schwerpunkt Finanzen
  • Erstellung und Validierung von Finanzplanungen sowie Durchführung von Unternehmensbewertungen und verschiedenen Analysen mittels unterschiedlicher Methoden.
  • Unterstützung von Due-Diligence-Prozessen durch Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanzdaten.
  • Beratung unserer Klienten mit Schwerpunkt auf finanziellen Themen und Begleitung von Verhandlungen.
