Position Overview

As a Chief of Staff Intern, you will work closely with our Chief of Staff to support key initiatives in Investor Relations and Business Development within the New Commerce department.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will assist in creating and preparing strategic company presentations for investors and other stakeholders.
  • You will conduct independent market and competitive analyses to gain valuable insights into current trends and developments in the New Commerce sector.
  • You will contribute to the development and implementation of Business Development strategies to drive growth at mybacs.
  • You will work closely with the Chief of Staff to gain a deep understanding of strategic decision-making at the highest corporate level.
  • You will support the maintenance and communication of relationships with investors and business partners.
What We're Looking For
  • You possess excellent German language skills and are fluent in English in both speech and writing.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
  • You have a strong interest in the startup world, particularly in Consumer Products and E-Commerce, and knowledge of the startup scene is highly valued.
  • You possess quantitative skills, enjoy analyzing data, and are proficient in presenting findings in reports - knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is desired.
  • You are a team player, proactive, and have a solution-oriented approach to work.
