Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) for Planting and Maintenance to join our team. As a key member of our gardening team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our landscaping services.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
Oversee the execution of planting and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and in accordance with our quality control procedures.
Develop and maintain accurate documentation of all projects, including planting and maintenance plans.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise, and assist in the integration of new team members.
Completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
