About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant Recruiter to join our team at Wackler. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for creating and managing job postings, selecting and shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial phone interviews.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate fit for the role
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • First-hand experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational skills
