About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Polier to join our team as a Teamkoordinator, responsible for coordinating and managing the development of our commercial employees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and controlling project-specific performance requirements in collaboration with project management, as well as ensuring a suitable deployment of personnel.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standard processes and execution details in the construction of buildings to increase efficiency and competitiveness.
• Lead the team and continuously improve processes in the area of self-performance to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure the succession of personnel in the area of construction site management.
• Support the project team in calculation, reporting, and conduct weekly site visits.

Your Profile

We are looking for a qualified Polier (m/f/d), Bautechniker (m/f/d), or Master (m/f/d) with a focus on construction sites or a completed degree as a (building) engineer (m/f/d). You should have practical experience as a Polier (m/f/d) or construction manager for building trades.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of building contract law (VOB and BGB) and occupational safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, willingness to take on tasks, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to listen to the needs of employees.
