Senior Engineer - Analysis Systems (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide intricate tasks both internally and externally.
  • Ensure and perform the Analysis signature as part of the data set and drawing release process.
  • Define specifications and structure analysis Means of Compliance.
  • Propose and define program code routines for analysis processes, methods, and tools (e.g., FEM pre- & post-processing, automated calculations, digital data processing).
  • Plan activities according to established deliverables.
  • Enhance, define, and modify stress methods, assumptions, data, and procedures for both metallic and composite structures (including hand calculations and FEM methods).
  • Lead the preparation of stress analysis reports and certification documents in accordance with CS25 regulations.
  • Experience with additional CS regulations (CS23/27/29) is a plus.
  • Evaluate and validate production non-conformities (concessions).
  • Assist in the repair and acceptance of damaged structures.
  • Establish necessary check procedures and progress monitoring aligned with the program process to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Your Profile
  • Recognized expertise in stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance for metal and composite components.
  • Engineering degree (MA Eng/Sc, Dr./PhD.) in aeronautics/aviation or mechanical engineering.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience in structural analysis throughout various development phases and aircraft lifecycles.
  • Extensive knowledge of airframe certification requirements, design criteria, materials, methods, and tools.
  • Experience in new aircraft development (CS25).
  • Ability to lead and instruct complex tasks internally and externally.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
