Human Resources Intern

Role Overview
As a vital part of our HR team, you will acquire essential hands-on experience collaborating with our HR Business Partners. You will take on stimulating responsibilities and navigate challenging projects within a dynamic environment. We are committed to helping you identify and cultivate your unique talents and strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Business Partners with personnel-related tasks, including organizing and managing workshops.
- Engage in various projects focused on organizational development.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner Team to implement comprehensive processes and strategies aimed at enhancing employee retention and engagement.
- Support daily administrative tasks and operations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline and are looking for a long-term working student opportunity.
- You are available to work as a student for at least two semesters.
- You demonstrate an open-minded and proactive attitude, along with a strong sense of independence, responsibility, and reliability in your work.
- You are fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
