Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing incoming and outgoing goods
  • Documenting merchandise movements within the system
  • Utilizing MDE devices for tracking
  • Reporting any damages to supervisors
  • Facilitating communication and information exchange across departments
  • Preparing shipping documentation
  • Ensuring received goods are complete and accurate
  • Managing customs-related items
  • Addressing complaints and handling claims
  • Coordinating container shipments
Qualifications:
  • Experience in administrative roles
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Good command of the German language
  • Availability for additional hours and occasional weekend shifts
