- Offer knowledgeable advice across all product categories, including brand and product innovations.
- Proactively promote our current campaigns and promotions, utilizing sales support tools effectively.
- Exceed customer expectations through a passion for service and consultation.
- Share responsibility for incoming goods, inventory management, product presentation, and service stock orders.
- Ensure a customer-oriented and smooth checkout process, including packaging, exchanges, and handling complaints.
- Completed vocational training in retail, service, or the service industry.
- Experience in the beauty or fashion sector is advantageous.
