About the Role

Munich Re is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student Resource Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our division-wide internal communication and competence development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of resource management strategies to enhance departmental workflows and improve digital process diagrams.
  • Assist in the analysis of ESG target achievements and environmental data collection to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digitalization projects and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable documentation of resource management processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Currently studying environmental, social, or cultural sciences, languages, or business.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral) and German.
  • Proficient in Office tools and able to work independently with a structured approach.
  • High degree of self-motivation and drive, with a strong ability to work on-site in our Munich offices.
  • Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence/work permit.
