Electrical Design Engineer for Underbench and Hood-Type Cleaning Machines

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at MEIKO Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical concepts and selecting the necessary electrical components for development projects, with a focus on underbench and hood-type cleaning machines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technical concepts and select necessary electrical components for development projects, with a focus on underbench and hood-type cleaning machines.
- Manage and expand the series product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create circuit diagrams, cable plans, and bill of materials.
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate necessary machine and component tests with support from our development laboratory.
- Contribute to risk assessments during conformity assessment procedures and machine certifications.
- Advise the organization on the electrical design of underbench and hood-type cleaning machines.
- Completed technical further education with a focus on electrical engineering or equivalent training.
- First experience in the field of electrical planning and design.
- Experience with EPLAN P8.
- First knowledge of 3D cable design is desirable.
- Good English skills.
