Was erwartet dich?
  • Verantwortung für die Analyse von Vertrags- und Sicherheitendokumenten in Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch und Italienisch zur Sicherstellung von Hypothekendarlehen
  • Dateneingabe in das System TXS basierend auf der Vertrags- und Sicherheitendokumentation
  • Erstellung von Berichten zur Pfandbriefdeckung und -umlauf mithilfe des Systems TXS
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Pfandbriefdeckung und -umlauf (Limits/Datenbestand) mit Unterstützung des Systems TXS
Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Bankwesen
  • Vertrautheit im Umgang mit Kreditverträgen (gewerblich, in Deutsch/Englisch/Französisch) und dem Grundbuch (Deutschland/Frankreich/Spanien/Italien und weiteren Rechtsordnungen)
  • Kenntnisse im Pfandbriefgeschäft
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau), Englisch (mind. C1-Niveau) und Französisch (mind. B2-Niveau)
  • Abschluss einer Ausbildung oder eines Studiums im Finanz- oder Bankwesen oder im juristischen Bereich
