We are a regional, expanding family-owned bakery with a rich history of 110 years, offering fresh and creative management. Our company operates multiple locations in the Kraichgau region and has a modernized bakery in our headquarters in Bretten.

We produce our own baked goods daily with enthusiasm and high quality standards, using regional ingredients that support local agriculture and the environment.

We are seeking a Regional Bakery Manager (m/w/d) to oversee approximately 10 bakery locations, some with cafes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple branches and a passion for baking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple bakery locations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of bakery staff
  • Ensure high-quality products and services
