International IT Project Manager for CAFM Implementation

While the preferred base is Neu-Isenburg, various office locations in Germany are available.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for various international subsidiaries and key accounts regarding our central CAFM and ERP systems
- Oversee the implementation of IT system solutions as part of new international client contracts
- Manage and qualify key user requests, providing best practice recommendations
- Support demand management throughout the entire change lifecycle, including requirement analysis, technical concept, implementation, and go-live
- Customize and document functional enhancements to central applications
- Coordinate system optimizations with external IT service providers
- Conduct user training for employees and key users in an international context
- Assist in sales support for presales activities and tenders
Your Qualifications & Experience:
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or a related field
- Several years of experience in similar roles
- Extensive knowledge in operating and supporting facility management and/or maintenance software, preferably SAP-PM, MS Dynamics NAV, or Planon
- Understanding of facility management processes and related order processing and logistics, ideally in an international setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of ITIL, IT governance, and provider management
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with good German skills (B2 Level)
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to perform
- Creative mindset, innovative spirit, and readiness to travel (approximately 20%)
