Position: Senior Financial Analyst (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Senior Financial Analyst, der die Verantwortung für die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung des Controllings in unserem Unternehmen übernimmt. Diese Rolle ist entscheidend für die Steigerung der Transparenz und die Unterstützung unserer Unternehmensziele.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Aufbau und Implementierung des Finanz- und Vertriebscontrollings
  • Planung, Kontrolle und Analyse betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen
  • Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen zwischen Plan- und Ist-Zahlen
  • Erstellung von Budgets und jährlichen Prognosen
  • Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Ad-hoc-Analysen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung zur Entwicklung von Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen
Ihr Profil:
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Finanzcontrolling, idealerweise in der Messdienstbranche
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, ERP-Systemen und DATEV
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Controlling
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Organisationsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
