About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiving Professional in our 3-year training program. As a Caregiving Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest caregiving techniques and best practices
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of empathy and compassion
Requirements
  • Middle school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field (an asset)
