Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Junior Lawyer to join our International Investment Management team in Luxembourg. As a Junior Lawyer, you will advise clients on private equity and real estate acquisitions, restructuring, and financing activities, as well as work on the structuring, setting-up, and organization of regulated and non-regulated alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers (AIFMs).
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on private equity and real estate acquisitions, restructuring, and financing activities;
- Work on the structuring, setting-up, and organization of regulated and non-regulated AIFs and AIFMs;
- Advise on the most-suited investment set-up for clients, drafting of vehicles' issuing- and constitutional documents, agreements with service providers, and preparing of filings with the CSSF as needed;
- Work closely together with other Arendt practices and entities to support clients.
- Master's degree in law (or equivalent), preferably completed by an LL.M.;
- Strong appetite for Investment Management activities;
- Perfect command of English both written and spoken;
- Excellent analytical skills, open-minded, dynamic, flexible, well-organized, and able to work in an autonomous manner;
