Working Student for Global Employee Training

Job Overview

As a Working Student in International Human Resources, you will play a vital role in enhancing our global training initiatives and content development.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and improvement of our international training portfolio.
  • Manage your own projects related to employee development and communication strategies.
  • Contribute to the growth of our community within the Bosch Social Network.
  • Introduce innovative ideas regarding emerging learning trends and training methodologies.
  • Create engaging communication materials, including articles, newsletters, podcasts, and videos.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Media, Communication, or Adult Education.
  • Experience: Familiarity with various IT tools, proficiency in MS Office, and ideally some practical exposure in marketing or HR.
  • Personal Attributes: Creative, communicative, inquisitive, self-reliant, dependable, and a structured team player.
  • Passion: A strong interest in People, Organization, and Culture.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German.

Additional Information:

  • Start: Flexible based on agreement.
  • Duration: 6 months, with a commitment of 10 hours per week (extension possible).
