Position Overview:
As part of the Mercedes-Benz Group AG, the Corporate Citizenship department plays a crucial role in intertwining entrepreneurial spirit with social responsibility. This department, located within the Integrity & Legal Affairs division, is dedicated to supporting the company’s business operations in areas such as compliance, sustainability, and data protection.
Key Responsibilities:
In this full-time internship, you will be integrated into the 'Employee Activation' team, contributing to various projects that enhance employee engagement. Your tasks will include:
- Enhancing and managing a social intranet platform focused on Corporate Citizenship initiatives.
- Assisting in the formulation of a comprehensive strategy for employee engagement opportunities.
- Participating in the organization and execution of 'Social Days' for employees.
- Supporting the Mercedes-Benz Fellowship Program 'beVisioneers', particularly in the Impact Mentor Training for employees.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who are pursuing studies in business administration, social sciences, cultural studies, or related fields. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) topics.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
- Independence and autonomy in work.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to assist others.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Some experience in project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Previous volunteer experience is considered an advantage.
