As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of communication and collaboration. At AVI-SPL, a global leader in AV technology, you will work on innovative projects that transform how people work and communicate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage essential tasks, such as processing invoices, verifying orders, and interacting with vendors to ensure a smooth procurement process.
• Support the Procurement team with special projects and workflow improvements as needed.
• Cancelling purchase orders, changing addresses on orders, creating fixed asset orders, and ordering supplies for branches.
• Process all drop-ship invoices efficiently.
• Contact vendors to resolve issues and respond to their inquiries.
• Verify invoices against Purchase Orders and enter received orders into the accounting system.
• Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies between invoices and Purchase Orders.
• Assist with the preparation and audit process of drop-ship invoices as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in project procurement or procurement support.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent German and English.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent structured problem-solving and negotiation skills.
