About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Marketplace Operations team as a Marketplace Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of our products on our marketplace platform, providing excellent customer service, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Availability Management: Oversee the availability of our products on the marketplace platform to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Partner Onboarding: Support new partners in onboarding onto our marketing platform through manual and technical solutions.
- Customer Support: Provide first-level support to our customers, respond to customer feedback, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze key E-Commerce KPIs for our partners, including return rates, conversion rates, sales, and service level agreements.
Requirements
- Student Status: Currently enrolled as a student.
- E-Commerce Experience: Previous experience in E-Commerce or Key Account Management.
- Digital Affinity: Strong digital skills and ability to work with digital tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.
