At MVST, we're expanding our presence in Europe and seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Munich Studio. As a key member of our design team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be responsible for leading design projects across the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch. You'll work closely with our team to create top-class user experiences that are engaging, useful, and solution-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prototype design solutions to communicate ideas and concepts, and to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes
  • Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration and develop the design strategy together
  • Conduct user research, customer feedback, user testing, and usability findings to tailor designs to the user and solve their problems
  • Work with other members of the team to create user experiences on a variety of digital platforms and applications from our clients

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience designing at SaaS or consumer-focused tech or media companies
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Strong communication skills to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts
  • A people-focused design mentality, with a focus on pixel perfection and delivering remarkable products on time and on budget
  • Fluent English skills
