About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Market Insights team in Consumer Healthcare. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for generating insights that drive our Consumer Healthcare business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market research plans to support business objectives
  • Lead primary market research projects, including vendor selection and project management
  • Provide deep dive analytics on strategic CHC brand topics
  • Create meaningful dashboards using internal and external data sources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impact
Requirements
  • 5-8 years' experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence
  • Proven ability to manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with data and analytics tools, including Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau
