Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage plant construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met
  • Manage and motivate project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success
  • Document and report project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, preferably in plant construction or a related field
  • Several years of project management experience, ideally in plant construction or a related industry
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, control, and monitoring, with a focus on plant construction
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Good English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders
