Join Our Team as an Embedded Software Development Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Development Consultant to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a key member of our avionics systems team, you will be responsible for developing real-time embedded software using agile methodologies and international standards for airborne software.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, maintain, and support low-level software and the full embedded software development lifecycle.
  • Work on a wide range of technical issues involving different architectures, OS, and real-time constraints.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in software development/integration/verification according to Airbus DO-178B/C or comparable with other major aerospace companies.
  • Excellent knowledge of C/C++ and experience with Avionics software tools such as DOORS, Clearcase, ClearQuest, SCADE, RT Tester, LDRA, VectorCast.
  • Desirable experience with version control, configuration, and productivity tools as GIT, Jira, Confluence, SVN, PVCS.
  • Citizenship from NAHEMA nations required; citizenship from OCCAR nations desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to undergo a background check in accordance with LuftSiG §7 and obtain a security clearance Ü2.
