Your Responsibilities- Manage construction projects while adhering to quality standards and budget requirements, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Oversee and coordinate construction work and site personnel, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting effective communication.
- Ensure timely completion of construction projects, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
- Conduct site meetings and communicate with clients, authorities, and other project stakeholders, building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor site quality and implement measures for quality assurance, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
- Handle construction-related matters and comply with legal regulations, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing risks.
- Prepare construction invoices and performance specifications, streamlining administrative processes and enhancing financial management.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, prioritizing the well-being of employees and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Completed training as a road or civil construction worker or equivalent, with a strong foundation in construction principles and practices.
- Several years of experience as a site manager in the construction industry, with a proven track record of success and leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of project management and site organization, with expertise in planning, execution, and delivery.
- Proficient in German language, both spoken and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in measurement and documentation software, with the ability to accurately record and analyze data.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and initiative, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on results.
- Driver's license Class B, with a valid license and a clean driving record.
