Retail Salesperson

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at EDEKA Schimski. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store display.
• Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.

**Requirements**

• Previous retail or sales experience is an asset, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
