About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator (m/w/d) to join our team at DAHMEN Personalservice GmbH in Grafschaft-Gelsdorf. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our machinery, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain industrial machinery, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Supply production lines with necessary materials, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste
  • Conduct regular quality checks through visual inspections, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in the production area, collaborating with colleagues as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Availability to work in a 2-shift system, with flexibility to adapt to changing production needs
  • Good mobility and ability to lift heavy objects (if required)
